Frank Li (Operations)
Frank has extensive experience in the China market, having set up his own sourcing company in China prior to JustBeer. With strong relationships in customs and logistics within China, Frank is well placed to ensure a smooth flow of our products around the country. Frank also holds an Executive MBA, and has been working in the hospitality industry since 1988 including 8 years in the Australian beer industry. He also is a native speaker of Shanghainese, Mandarin, and English.
Mat Ryan (Marketing & Admin)
Mat came to China from Australia to open a wine bar. Through this, he developed many networks and long-time friends in the F&B industry, and has great knowledge of what works and what does not work in the market, particularly for the expat market. Mat is also a CPA registered in Australia.
Steve Roadknight (Sales & Development)
Steve was initially in Wine Sales in China, and joined JustBeer in December 2007. With extensive contacts in the F&B Industry, particularly hotels, Steve is well placed to push our products into the top tier of customers. Formally, Steve was the Sommelier at a top restaurant in Melbourne, Australia, and has 10+ years F&B experience.
Jonathan Tomlin
Joined the JustBeer team in October of 2009, based in Kunming running the South China sales and operations. Jonathan has been in China over 7 years, with the majority of that time based in Urumqi & Kashgar. Setting up and running the very popular Fubar in those cities, Jonathan knows the Chinese alcohol market very well, and is perfectly placed to help JustBeer grow their Southern China markets.
